How to add the PaidInvoice Web App to iPhone

Want PaidInvoice one tap away, right next to your other apps? 📲 You can add it to your iPhone Home Screen so it opens full screen, just like a real app. No App Store. No downloads. No stress.

⏱️ Before you start

• Works on any iPhone (and iPad too!)

• Use Safari for the smoothest experience. Some other browsers hide the “Add to Home Screen” option.

👉 Step 1: Tap the three dots

Open PaidInvoice in Safari at app.paidinvoice.com. Look at the bottom right corner of your screen. See those three little dots (•••) next to the address bar? Tap them! 👆

💡 Tip: Can’t see the three dots? Scroll up a tiny bit or tap the bottom bar so it appears.

👉 Step 2: Tap Share

A little menu will pop up. The very first option is Share (it has a tiny arrow pointing out of a box). Give it a tap!

👉 Step 3: Tap “Add to Home Screen”

Now a bigger menu slides up. Scroll down just a little until you spot Add to Home Screen (it has a plus sign inside a square). Tap it! 🎯

💡 Tip: Can’t find it? Swipe up on the menu. It lives a little lower down the list, below “Find on Page”.

🎉 You did it! Now go find your new app

Head back to your Home Screen. You’ll see a shiny new PaidInvoice icon sitting with your other apps. Tap it and PaidInvoice opens full screen, no browser bars, just like a real app. Now you can create and send invoices in a couple of taps. 🧾💸

🛟 Stuck? Quick fixes

• I don’t see “Add to Home Screen” 🤔

  Make sure you’re using Safari, then scroll down inside the Share menu. It sits below “Find on Page”. Still nothing? Open app.paidinvoice.com in Safari and try again.

• My iPhone looks a little different 📱

  No worries! On some iPhones the Share button (a box with an arrow pointing up) sits right in the bottom bar or next to the address bar. Tap that instead, then carry on from Step 3.

• Do I need to update the app? 🔄

  Nope! It always opens the latest version of PaidInvoice, so you never have to update anything.

• Can I delete the icon later? 🗑️

  Yes. Press and hold the icon, then tap Remove App. It only removes the shortcut, and your invoices and account stay safe.
